		<description>Hi Heather,

You should check out oDesk (http://www.odesk.com), which makes it easy to create long-term projects. Unlike other job marketplace sites, on oDesk you can create a job that pays by the hour. This makes it much, much easier to extend the job as long as you need! You can set a weekly limit on the number of hours your provider works each month, so you&#039;re still in control of your budget, but you don&#039;t have to create a new assignment if you choose to extend the project.

Also, unlike other job marketplace sites, oDesk charges no membership or job posting fees whatsoever.

Take a look today and let me know if you have any questions!

		<description>Hi Heather -
Very sorry to hear about your experience! Sounds like you had quite a morning!
Just wanted to write in and let you know that we feel your pain regarding the PM not being able to initiate the extention of the project. In fact, we already have that in the works to be rolled out in our upcoming release...
See: http://www.elance.com/p/node/984.

Regarding your second issue, there are some reasons why we show different view of providers by category (some very good, some not so good -- I won&#039;t get into that in detail...) But there are several ways to ultimately relieve some of the complexities that you encountered... (Making it easier for you to initiate &quot;Repeat&quot; projects so that you can quickly work with folks you have worked with in the past, Allowing you to change &quot;Category&quot; on your posted projects, etc.,) We&#039;ll look into different options...

In any case - if you encounter any more bumps in the future -- our support team is one of the BEST out there... so please don&#039;t hesitate to holler...
We have many things in the works to continuously improve Elance -- so be sure to write into/checkout our community page: http://www.elance.com/p/community/index.html.

Thanks
Sunny
