Help Marcela — aka 2_Much

Marcela DeVivo gave birth to her first child, a son named Nathan Dorje Andrew, a son on August 6, 2006. During Marcela’s pregnancy, she was told her child had severe brain damage and would probably not survive birth. But Nathan not only survived birth doctors now believe that while he will be developmentally disabled, he has a chance of living a normal life span.

This was truly a miracle birth: only one out of every 20 Billion babies will do the same feat.

The SEO community came out in force to help Marcela and raised nearly $8,000 in a little over a week’s time to help her with her medical expenses. It was truly a beautiful thing. Marcela’s medical expenses still continue, as Nathan is a child with many special needs.
