However, sitting here in the family room with boxes packed and moved from TWO YEARS AGO, I find it hard to pass judgement or be in the position to offer any advice. Your new joint does look pretty cool, though. Uh-oh, should I have used the word "joint?" I'm sure it's a real shot in the arm to you-- OOPS!! Lets just day it's nothing to SNORT up,... I mean AT!! Watch for any surprises left from the previous tennant, and unpack the Beecher Bible first.
